The evening begins with a guided natural wine tasting led by Viktoria. Guests will explore three of her minimal-intervention wines and gain insight into her philosophy of working closely with nature, experimentation, and the living unpredictability that shapes each vintage.
Following the tasting, Julia will moderate a discussion connecting the worlds of natural wine and contemporary art. The conversation will explore themes such as working with living materials, trusting instinct, responding to chance, and the emotional experience that ultimately reaches the drinker or viewer. One of the guiding questions of the night will be: How do you find the balance between guiding the work and letting the material speak for itself?
The evening concludes with the unveiling of a limited edition Schödl natural wine, created exclusively for this event. Only 200 bottles will be produced. The focus of this release is a custom label designed by Simon Kubik, presented for the first time on the night. Each bottle purchased at the event can be personally signed by Simon, making every piece a unique collectible. This exclusive cuvée will be available only at the event, with the option for on-site purchase and complimentary gift wrapping.
