Endless wellness trends, influencers, and conflicting medical advice have made navigating women’s health feel more confusing than ever. What promises clarity often creates more noise.

This salon invites you to pause, question, and reconnect with knowledge you can trust. Together, we’ll explore women’s health through both scientific insight and lived experience, creating space for open conversation rather than definitive answers.

The salon will be co-guided by Emilia, Founder of VITAMARIE, a digital women’s health app designed to make science intuitive, accessible, and actionable.

We’ll reflect on how to recognize truth versus misinformation, how ancestral knowledge fits into modern care, and what kind of education women need today to feel confident in their bodies.

Expect an evening of thoughtful dialogue, expert perspectives, and shared reflection in a supportive, curious room.

When: 17th of December at 19PM

Questions to reflect on before the Salon

As you prepare for our gathering, we invite you to take a moment to consider a few prompts that will help deepen the conversation:

  • Where do you currently get most of your health information, and how does it make you feel: informed, overwhelmed, empowered, confused?

  • Have you ever followed health advice that later turned out to be misleading or incomplete?

  • What messages about women’s bodies did you grow up with, spoken or unspoken?

  • Is there knowledge about health, cycles, or care that was passed down to you through family, culture, or observation rather than science?

  • When you hear the word “wellness,” what do you instinctively trust, and what do you question?

  • Have you ever felt unheard, dismissed, or rushed in a medical or health-related setting?

  • What would it mean for you to feel truly informed and confident about your body?

  • What is one question about your health you’ve never felt comfortable asking out loud?
